These Terms and Conditions comprise the legal agreement between Union Bank of the Philippines and the Cardholder in connection with the Cardholder's use of the ePaycard Visa Debit Card and Account and are subject to applicable policies, rules, and regulations of UnionBank, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), the Philippine Clearing House Corporation (PCHC), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC), as well as the provisions of Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), Data Privacy Act (DPA), Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), and other existing and future laws, rules, and regulations of the Philippines relating to the opening and maintenance of deposit accounts with and, insofar as may be applicable, to services, products, or facilities of, the Bank.
