The Tolles Career & Technical Center Board of Education, hereinafter referred to as the “Board” recognizes the Tolles Education Association and its affiliates, the Ohio Education Association (OEA) and the National Education Association (NEA), hereinafter referred to as the “Association” as the sole and exclusive representative of the bargaining unit described in the State Employment Relations Board’s certification of the Association as the exclusive representative, dated March 16, 1989 excluding all full-time adult education employees.
