This First Amendment to Development Agreement (“Amendment”) is entered into as of the __ day of May, 2020 made by and between the CITY OF BURLINGTON, a Vermont municipal corporation (the “City”), and BC COMMUNITY HOUSING, LLC, a Vermont limited liability company (“BCCH”). Hereafter, the City and BCCH may each be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
