THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this 1st day of January, 2020, effective January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2022, at Paw Paw Michigan, by and between the COUNTY OF VAN BUREN and the SHERIFF OF VAN BUREN COUNTY, hereinafter referred to as the Employer or County and the POLICE OFFICERS LABOR COUNCIL, hereinafter referred to as the Labor Council. The Employer and Labor Council are collectively referred to as “the Parties.”
