THIS AGREEMENT, entered into between the AMERICAN GUILD OF MUSICAL, ARTISTS, INC., 1430 Broadway, New York, New York 10018 (“AGMA”) and the ARIZONA OPERA COMPANY, 1636 North Central Ave., Phoenix, Arizona 85004 (“EMPLOYER”), shall constitute an agreement between the Parties hereto for the work territory, conditions, and wages provided for herein. AGMA and EMPLOYER are each referred to herein as “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
