In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Aetna Marketing Agreement for Upline Agents and Agencies (the “Agreement”) by and between Aetna Life Insurance Company, a Connecticut corporation, on behalf of itself and its affiliates ("Aetna") and Upline (as defined in the Agreement), Aetna hereby amends the Agreement, effective as of October 1, 2015 (this “Amendment”). Capitalized terms used herein but not defined shall have the meanings given to such terms in the Agreement.
