This upline marketing agreement (this “Agreement”), is made between Aetna Life Insurance Company, a Connecticut corporation, on behalf of itself and its affiliates (“Aetna”) and the undersigned upline, on behalf of itself and its Upline Affiliates (“Upline”) (individually, each a “Party,” and collectively, “Parties”). This Agreement shall become effective as set forth in Section 8.1.
