Contract Type FiledJuly 1st, 2020This Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) is part of Client’s Agreement with Ascentis Corporation (“Ascentis”), its wholly owned subsidiaries, and its affiliates. By subscribing to Ascentis’ Services, Client agrees to be bound by this SLA. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this SLA will have the meaning assigned to them in the Agreement. This SLA applies to all hosted Software-as-a-Solution (“SaaS”) provided by Ascentis to Client (the “Services”), but does not apply to separately branded services, on-premise solutions, or hardware made available with or connected to the Services.
