This AGREEMENT made this day of February of 2009, by and between the Township of Washington, in the County of Morris, a municipal corporation of the State of New Jersey, hereinafter referred to as the "Township", and Local Union 469, hereinafter referred to as the "Union", representing the complete and final understanding on all bargainable issues between the Township and the Union for the years 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011.
