This Membership Agreement is not binding on OCF until countersigned by an authorized representative of OCF. By signing below, the natural individual executing this Membership Agreement warrants that Applicant is not bound by any assignment of intellectual property rights or under any agreement that would preclude Applicant from abiding by the various obligations of Individual Members set forth in the Organizational Documents. OCF and Applicant agree that this Membership Agreement is supported by good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged.
