This Agreement is entered into this 1st day of September, 2010 by and between the Ingham-Clinton County Education Association, as administered through its affiliates, the OVID-ELSIE EDUCATION ASSOCIATION, hereinafter called the “Association” affiliated with the Michigan Education Association, hereinafter called the “MEA” and the National Education Association, hereinafter called the “NEA” and the School District of OVID-ELSIE AREA SCHOOLS of Elsie, Michigan, hereinafter called the “Board.”
