This Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement and Disclosure is the contract which encompasses your rights and responsibilities, and those of Park Community Federal Credit Union (“the Credit Union”) related to the electronic funds transfer (EFT) services offered to you by the Credit Union. In this agreement, the words “you”, “your”, and “yours” refer to those who sign the application or account card as applicants, joint owners, or any authorized user. The words “we”, “us” or “our” refer to Park Community Federal Credit Union.
