Pursuant to the policy set forth in Title VII, P.L. 95-454, and subject to all applicable statutes, regulations issued by the Office of Personnel Management and Navy Department directives, the following articles constitute an Agreement by and between the Fleet Readiness Center East (FRC East), Cherry Point, North Carolina, hereinafter referred to as the Employer, and the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, Lodge 2297, hereinafter referred to as the Union. The Union and the Employer are collectively hereinafter referred to as the Parties.
