This Campus Housing Agreement (“Agreement”) establishes the terms and conditions of occupancy for all College of Saint Benedict (CSB) residence halls and apartments (CSB campus housing). This Agreement is issued for the entire 2021-2022 academic year (“Academic Year”) or balance thereof and replaces any previous versions of this Agreement. Please read all provisions of this Agreement. You will be asked to complete a checkbox for each section indicating that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms in that section before signing at the end of this Agreement. Upon your signature or upon receipt of your room/apartment key, you become legally bound by the terms of this Agreement. Any exceptions to provisions herein must be approved in writing by the CSB Residential Life & Housing and Resident.
