, 20 , (“Effective Date”) by and between the City of El Cerrito (hereinafter the “City”), together with contractors and subcontractors of all tiers, who shall become signatory to this Agreement by signing the “Agreement to be Bound” (Addendum A) (referred to herein as the “Contractor(s)/Employer(s)”), and the Contra Costa County Building and Construction Trades Council (referred to herein as the “Council”) and its affiliated local Unions that have executed this Agreement (referred to collectively herein as the “Union(s)”).
