For schools receiving Title I funding, it is re- quired that students, parents, and educators share the responsibility for promoting high stu- dent performance. This voluntary agreement defines goals, expectations, and shared re- sponsibility of schools, parents, and students as equal partners in achievement the goal of all students being prepared to become college and career ready.
