As you may be aware, the Tasmanian State Government has referred all other public sector agreements currently in negotiation to the Tasmanian Industrial Commission (TIC) for arbitration on wages. The Nurses and Midwives Agreement has not been referred to the Commission as there is currently an offer under consideration by Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation Tasmanian Branch (ANMF) members. Please note that this does not rule out the agreement being referred to the Commission in the future.
