This agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Board of Governors of Missouri State University (“University”) and Platte Co. R-III (“School”), for the purpose of establishing and memorializing the agreement of the parties regarding dual credit programs and the awarding of dual credit to high school students enrolled in University courses according to the provisions of Senate Bill 740, Section 37.
