TRS Behavioral Care, Inc. d/b/a The Right Step ("Employer") and the Communications Workers of America Local Union 6186 ("Union") (the Employer and the Union are hereinafter sometimes together referred to as the "Parties" or singly as a "Party") mutually recognize that it is in the best interests of all affected parties, that the relationship between them be characterized by mutual cooperation, responsibility and respect. The Parties are united in their commitment to provide the highest quality clinical care for addiction and mental health disorders.
