THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of this day of , 2016, by and between the CITY OF NEWBERRY, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida (hereinafter called “City”) and CLAY ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, INC., an electric cooperative existing under the laws of the State of Florida (hereinafter called “Clay”), collectively called the “Parties”;
