Agreement Dealer Selection, Territory Representation Conditions Of Sale Purchases Body Glide Products are subject to cosmetics directives and the parties will rely on requirements in this agreement for compliance and to ensure and protect the brand and product quality. (“Agreement”, “Selective Distribution Criteria”, or “SD Criteria”).2Conditioned on sales to end user consumers in its physical retail store(s) to build retail sales of BG Products in the UK and ROI (“Territory”), the dealer above is selected by BG to be an Authorised Dealer in the BG UK/EEA Selective Distribution Network.3AD agrees to represent the Products as premium, best within the market and will provide a level of support for Body Glide customers at a minimum that demonstrates knowledge of the BG brand, the purpose of each Product and what sets them apart from other products that may be intended for similar purposes (AD “representation”).BG Products purchased by the AD are subject to Body Glide’s standard Conditions
