The Board of Education of School District No. 203, St. Clair County, O’Fallon, Illinois, hereinafter referred to as the Board or District, recognizes the O’Fallon Federation of Teachers, Local 3939, Paraprofessional Council, hereinafter referred to as the Council, as the sole and exclusive negotiating representative for all full-time and part-time Paraprofessional educational employees, including Classroom Aides, Special Education Aides, and Personal Aides, hereinafter referred to as aides, except for all supervisors, managerial employees, confidential employees, and short-term employees as defined in the Act.
