This DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of the day of April, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the Floyd County Redevelopment Commission (the “Commission”), Board of Commissioners of Floyd County (“County”), and Gateway Village Development, LLC, an Indiana Limited Liability Corporation, or any designee or assignee thereof (“Developer”) (the Commission and Developer may hereinafter be referred to together as the “Parties” or either singularly as “Party”).
