This agreement is entered into this First day of September, 2011, and runs through August 31, 2013, by and between the Board of Education of Big Bay de Noc, hereinafter called the "Board," and the Big Bay de Noc Education Association, Upper Peninsula Education Association and the Michigan Education Association, hereinafter called the "Association." The signatories shall be the sole parties to this agreement.
