The general purpose of this Agreement is to establish and maintain an orderly collective bargaining relationship between the Hospital and the employees in the bargaining unit covered by this Agreement, and to provide for the prompt and equitable dis- position of grievances, and to establish and maintain mutually satisfactory hours of work, wages and working conditions in the Hospital.
