This Agreement is entered into as of July 1, 2016 between the Duval County School Board, hereinafter referred to as “Employer”, and Northeast Florida Public Employees’ Local 630, LIUNA, AFL-CIO, hereinafter referred to as "Local 630." It is the intent and purpose of this Agreement to assure sound and mutually beneficial working and economic relations between the parties hereto, to provide an orderly and peaceful means of resolving any misunderstandings or differences which may arise as a result of implementing this Agreement, and to set forth herein basic and full agreement between the parties concerning rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other terms and conditions of employment. There shall be no individual arrangements or agreements made covering this Agreement, or any part of this Agreement, contrary to the terms provided herein.
