Contract Type FiledNovember 8th, 2018This Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) outlines the minimum service that a Subscriber may expect from Optivon for the Services covered under the End User License Agreement and Terms of Service (the “EULA AND TERMS OF SERVICE”) and the individual Subscription Application between Optivon and Subscriber. The following SLAs represent Optivon's sole responsibility and the Subscriber's (as defined in the EULA AND TERMS OF SERVICE) sole remedy related to the service level or performance of Optivon's Service. Optivon reserves the right to change these components or the parameters defined in this SLA without notice.
