MSC TOOLKIT LICENSE AGREEMENT(Czech Republic) EMEA-TOOLKIT-CZ-June2015 Version 1 INTRODUCTION. The terms and conditions of this Agreement apply to the licensing of Software toolkit(s) and related Support (defined below) by MSC to Customer hereunder. Software toolkit licenses and/or Support may be acquired under this Agreement by Customer’s submittal and MSC’s acceptance of an Order Schedule incorporating this Agreement. Each mutually agreed upon Order Schedule shall become an integral part of this Agreement. 1 ÚVOD. Podmínky této Smlouvy se vztahují na udělení licence na Software toolkit(s) a související Podpory (uvedeno níže) společností MSC Zákazníkovi, jak je uvedeno níže. Toolkit softwarové licence a/nebo Podpora nabyty podle této Smlouvy na základě předložení návrhu Rozpisu objednávky Zákazníkem a akceptace ze strany společnosti MSC.
