MSC TOOLKIT LICENSE AGREEMENT(The Netherlands) EMEA-TOOLKIT-NL-June2015 Version 1 INTRODUCTION. The terms and conditions of this Agreement apply to the licensing of Software toolkit(s) and related Support (defined below) by MSC to Customer hereunder. Software toolkit licenses and/or Support may be acquired under this Agreement by Customer’s submittal and MSC’s acceptance of an Order Schedule incorporating this Agreement. Each mutually agreed upon Order Schedule shall become an integral part of this Agreement. 1 INLEIDING.
