NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES HEREBY AGREE AS FOLLOWS:1. The Clerk shall provide the Client access to the iDoc program to view and print documents recorded in the Clerk’s office. Land records recorded prior to 1996 will be available as they are entered into the iDoc program.2. The Client’s access to the iDoc program shall be for information purposes only and the Client shall not allow other entities, businesses or private parties to access the iDoc program under their log-in privileges.3. The Client shall pre-pay (unless exempted by the Clerk) the Clerk the sum of $250.00 annually or $25.00 per month. Each Client will be given a username and passwo
