(2) The Agency wishes to engage the Service Provider to provide the services detailed in Schedule 1, subject to, and in accordance with, the terms and conditions of this Agreement. (3) The Service Provider has agreed to accept such engagement and shall provide the Services to the Agency, subject to, and in accordance with, the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
