This Agreement is made this 1st day of July, 2024, between MEDICAL BILLING TECHNOLOGIES, INC, hereinafter called “MBT” and CONEJO VALLEY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, hereinafter called “CLIENT”.
