LEA Medi-Cal Direct Billing Program OptiServices ContractOptiservices Contract • July 21st, 2024
This Agreement is made this 1st day of July, 2024, between MEDICAL BILLING TECHNOLOGIES, INC, hereinafter called “MBT” and CONEJO VALLEY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, hereinafter called “CLIENT”. This Agreement states the terms and conditions under which MBT will provide services on behalf of CLIENT under the Local Education Agencies (LEA) Medi-Cal Billing Option Program.
