This agreement is entered into and between Lamar University and ; the conditions are set forth and agreed to by both parties. The purpose of this agreement is to provide Lamar University dual credit courses to in accordance with the following terms. This agreement is binding for one year with an automatic renewal. This partnership, however, may be cancelled with written notice, 120 days prior to the renewal date.
