Effective July 1, 2015 the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) went into effect for all home care workers that work for participants in PCA Choice, Consumer Directed Community Support, Consumer Support Grant, and Community First Services and Supports, which is a program being developed by the State of Minnesota. The CBA requires all workers in these programs will earn up to five days of Paid Time Off per year regardless of whether they join the union or not.
