Effective March 1, 2021, as a result of recent negotiations, the Missouri & Kansas Laborers’ District Council (MKLDC) and the Builders’ Association have agreed to new four-year agreements for both Central Missouri (Locals 660, 662, and 955) and Rolla (Local 840).
