The National Aeronautics and Space Administration Langley Research Center, located at Langley Research Center, Hampton, VA 23681 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA" or "NASA LaRC")" and Federal Aviation Administration, Office of Environment and Energy Noise Division, located at 800 Independence Avenue S.W., Washington, DC 20553-0001(hereinafter referred to as "FAA") enter into this Interagency Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "IAA") in accordance with 51 U.S.C. § 20113(f). NASA and FAA may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
