All employees now members of the Association, and all employees eligible to become members of the Association shall pay lo the Association monies equal to the established dues of the Association as a condition of continued employment; such dues shall be deducted bi- weekly by the Corporation from the employee’s pay and remitted to the Association within fifteen calendar days following the deduction. The Corporation shall, when remitting such dues, provide the names and classifications of employees from whose pay such deductions have been made. payment of dues does not require the employee to become a member.
