Whereas the Union has been certified by the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the employer therefore recognizes the Union as the sole exclusive Collective Bargaining agent of the Employees in the Boiler Room, and Maintenance Department of the John Noble Home. The purpose of this agreement is to establish hours of work, working conditions, disposition of the grievances with a view to promotion of good employee and employer relations. With this intent the parties hereto have agreed as follows.
