The general purpose of this Agreement is to maintain mutually satisfactory employment relations between the Employer and the Association. It provides means for the settlement of grievances and for the final settlement of disputes. Salaries, hours of work and other conditions of employment are hereby established by mutual agreement. It is recognized that Nurses wish to work co-operatively with the Employer to provide the best possible community health services.
