WHEREAS, the Mid-Atlantic English Springer Spaniel Rescue, Inc. (MAESSR) is an organization of volunteers dedicated to rescuing unwanted English Springer Spaniel dogs and placing them in permanent adoptive homes; and WHEREAS, the undersigned has contacted MAESSR voluntarily and has expressed an interest in providing temporary homes for Springers rescued by MAESSR while a permanent adoptive home is located;
