Booking of the WIA clubhouse is not guaranteed until the delivery of this Agreement signed by all parties and payment of security deposit check with Agreement and the rental fee. Checks returned for any reason shall not qualify as a deposit, and shall result in an additional charge to the Applicant of $25.00 plus any charge imposed on WIA clubhouse by the Applicant’s bank.
