The Company recognizes Local Union 175 as the exclusive bargaining agent for all employees of the Company in its Retail Stores located in the Province of Ontario, save and except Assistant Store Directors, persons above the rank of Assistant Store Director, Meat Department employees, persons regularly employed for not more than twenty-four (24) hours per week and students employed in off school hours and during the school vacation period.
