THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 1st. day of January, 2005 by and between THE 31ST JUDICIAL CIRCUIT COURT FAMILY DIVISION, St. Clair County, herein termed the “EMPLOYER”, and the ST. CLAIR COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS being the legislative body of said Employer, party of the first part and TEAMSTERS LOCAL 214, affiliated with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers of America, party of the second part, hereinafter called the “UNION”.
