Recognition: The Board shall recognize the Averill Park Administrators Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Association”) as exclusive bargaining agent for all matters of procedure pursuant to the present collective bargaining contract, the negotiating unit and pertinent to the administrators of the unit. The Association shall consist of K-12 Principals, Assistant Principals, Director of Special Education and Support Services, Assistant Director of Special Education and Support Services, and Athletic Director.
