This Agreement is made and entered into this 16th day of December, 2013, by and between Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, hereinafter called the "Company," and the Sikorsky Teamsters Local 1150, affiliated with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, hereinafter called the "Union.” It is understood and agreed to by the Company and the Union that this Agreement supersedes and supplements any and all previous agreements which they heretofore have entered into. As used in this Agreement, the masculine and feminine gender import one another.
