This Service Level Agreement is subject to and incorporates GCVS’s Terms and Conditions of Supply of Services to Third Sector Organisations (available at https://www.gcvs.org.uk/pricing-guide/) (the "Conditions") and to the exclusion of any terms and conditions (express or implied by statute or otherwise) that the Customer may seek to introduce or rely upon. Please read our Conditions for further information on the terms that apply to our H&S Service. Our Charges are subject to increase in accordance with our Conditions.
