THIS DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made this day of July 2024, (the “Effective Date"), by and between JACKSONVILLE ONSLOW ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PARTNERSHIP, INC. a North Carolina Non-Profit Corporation, (the “Developer”) and the TOWN OF SWANSBORO, a municipal corporation existing under the Laws of the State of North Carolina (the "Town.")
