This User Agreement applies to all countries in which PayPal is available other than Switzerland, Australia and the countries within the European Union. The User Agreement for- Germany is available under the "DE" link above. The User Agreement for France is available under the "FR" link above. The User Agreement for Belgium is available in both English and French under the "BE (in English)" and "BE (in French)" links above. The User Agreement for all other European Union countries is available under the "EU" link above. The User Agreement for Switzerland is available under the "CH" link above.
