The parties acknowledge that they have had the opportunity to present and discuss proposals on any subject, which is or may be, subject to negotiation. Any prior commitment or agreement between the Employer and the Union or any individual employee covered by this Agreement is hereby superseded by the terms of this Agreement. It is also agreed that, at any time during the duration of this Agreement, the Agreement may be reopened by the mutual consent of the parties, based upon a recommendation from the Labor-Management Committee, to do so. If, during the duration of this Agreement, the Employer changes existing policies, procedures or work rules, either the Employer or the Union may raise issues relating to the change in the Labor-Management Committee.
